We are looking for a Business Transformation Program Manager to lead and complete critical initiatives that will drive innovation and efficiency across our Operations organization. You will be responsible for leading the scope, budget, timeline, and results of sophisticated multi-functional projects that strive to transform our business processes and systems to make everyday tasks easier. You will collaborate with various team members, including senior management, business units, IT, and external partners, to ensure alignment and communication throughout the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities

  • Define and lead the objectives, scope, and success criteria of business transformation projects.
  • Embed NVIDIA AI technology into solution definitions wherever possible.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and risk registers.
  • Coordinate and lead the execution of project tasks by internal and external resources.
  • Supervise and report on project progress, issues, and risks to senior management and project sponsors.
  • Ensure quality and compliance of project work and deliver value to the business.
  • Facilitate organizational change and team member engagement activities to support the adoption and sustainability key initiatives.
  • Evaluate and detail the outcomes and lessons learned from each project and share standard processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in a technology-related field (e.g. Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering) or equivalent experience.
  • Knowledge in AI/ML, GenAI, Predictive intelligence solutions and proven experience in leading projects/programs.
  • Experience in evaluating newer AI technologies for solving Supply chain problems.
  • Demonstrable experience in supply chain business process implementations, including manufacturing, planning, logistics, new product introduction and business analytics in high-tech industry.
  • 10+ years of proven experience in Supply chain process and technologies.
  • Proven track record of delivering complex and multi-functional projects on time, on budget, and on scope.
  • Solid understanding and skills in project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.
  • Ability to communicate and present to all levels of leadership within the organization; drive consensus regarding new solutions, policies and procedures and make independent decisions.
  • Must have worked in high value global tech supply chain environment.
  • Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, Agile) is an asset.
