NVIDIA is seeking a mission-driven Senior Program Manager to ensure the training organization operates as a well-oiled machine and delivers measurable outcomes to learners. This role oversees planning, prioritization, roadmap coordination, reporting, and leadership alignment across training, platform, product, sales, and marketing teams. You will work closely with engineering to align platform capabilities with business needs and personally lead individual projects from mission and requirements to prioritized execution.

Responsibilities

  • Engage with training business functions to understand course development, instructor certification, delivery operations, training partners, learning delivery platform, sales & marketing, and related areas.
  • Collaborate with leadership to manage NVIDIA Training as a product and coordinate roadmap execution across functions, teams, and projects.
  • Track projects, actions, and decisions; prepare and communicate status updates; anticipate and mitigate risks; raise blockers and foster accountability.
  • Analyze program performance metrics, prepare leadership reviews, gather insights and feedback, and identify/resolve data quality issues.
  • Work with engineering to align platform capabilities with business needs and assist the platform lead in sharing the roadmap with collaborators.
  • Identify enhancement opportunities, triage new project requests, evaluate trade-offs, and recommend prioritization decisions.
  • Develop, document, and own planning processes; solicit input and secure stakeholder buy-in across product, marketing, and sales teams.
  • Develop relationships across the company to broaden transparency of training value and surface teamwork opportunities.
  • Personally lead individual projects including defining mission and requirements, prioritizing resources, and managing execution.

Requirements

  • BS in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 8+ years of experience in program or project management, preferably in a technology-focused education services environment.
  • Passion for education services and upskilling developers.
  • Demonstrated experience managing sophisticated, cross-functional projects in culturally and geographically diverse environments.
  • Strong collaboration, influencing, and stakeholder management skills; strong listener and able to translate business needs into actionable guidance.
  • Self-starter comfortable navigating ambiguity with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce Sales Cloud and project management tools like Jira (or similar).

  • Deep understanding of AI, 3D, and data science technologies and trends.
  • Vision for the education services landscape and experience using AI to automate program and project management tasks.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base salary ranges (determined by location, experience, and comparable roles):
    • Level 4: 160,000 USD - 253,000 USD
    • Level 5: 192,000 USD - 304,750 USD
