Details
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Program Manager to orchestrate launches of AI software products, ecosystem partner activations, and go-to-market programs at the intersection of product, engineering, and business. The ideal candidate can operate fluently across both technical product delivery and go-to-market execution, understanding how engineering milestones, release quality, technical dependencies, partner readiness, and GTM activities come together to build a successful launch. You will bring structure to evolving priorities, make progress with incomplete information, and keep fast-paced launches on track through clarity, accountability, and crisp stakeholder communication.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage complex, cross-functional software launch programs with a focus on high-quality and timely delivery to drive Generative AI initiatives and go-to-market strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define program requirements, develop comprehensive plans, align workstreams to business goals, and proactively manage risks, dependencies, and launch readiness.
- Coordinate with product management, technical program management, product marketing, partner marketing, developer relations, and sales to drive partner readiness, co-marketing execution, launch enablement, and adoption tracking.
- Manage communication across the organization through regular, clear updates on status and decisions needed.
- Drive partner activations (including partner activations for the Nemotron models) as a top priority for launches.
Requirements
- 8+ years of project and program management experience in AI software, cloud, developer platform, or enterprise software environments driving software product and solution launches.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Demonstrated experience leading software launches through the SDLC, including planning, development, testing, release readiness, launch, and post-launch follow-through.
- Solid understanding of how product, engineering, marketing, sales, and partner teams coordinate to bring software products to market.
- Experience with partner activation programs, co-marketing launches, or ecosystem go-to-market motions.
- Self-starter able to apply critical thinking alongside hands-on program management in a fast-paced, fluid environment.
- Strong leadership skills and proven experience collaborating effectively with diverse teams.
- Track record of driving alignment and decisions with senior leaders.
Ways to stand out
- Familiarity with agentic workflows, generative AI models, inference platforms, APIs, SDKs, or enterprise AI deployment patterns.
- Experience using AI tools to improve program execution, reporting, risk management, or stakeholder communication.
- PMP, Agile, or similar program/project management certification.
