Airbnb is seeking a Senior Program Manager to join the Policy Products team to scale adoption of core tech programs (City Portal, digital marketing suite, and Policy’s proprietary AI platform) across global campaign and field teams. The role blends strategic leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and hands-on field engagement to translate complex tools and data into clear operational value for campaign teams across 180,000+ jurisdictions.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the internal go-to-market lead for the City Portal, the digital marketing suite, and Policy’s proprietary AI platform.
  • Pitch, onboard, and drive adoption of these products by campaign and local teams; develop tailored engagement plans and value propositions for each tool.
  • Track and report adoption metrics (e.g., % of teams actively using tools, time saved, campaigns influenced).
  • Bring data and insights from tech programs into campaign decision-making; package intelligence into digestible formats (e.g., “3 places to watch this month”).
  • Collaborate with BizTech and E&I to improve usability and visualization of automated insights as they mature.
  • Partner with regional Strategic Engagement and Policy Media leads to integrate tools into multi-touch campaign strategies.
  • Spend significant time with field teams (virtually and in-person) to identify friction points, share use cases, and refine messaging around product value.
  • Act as the structured feedback channel between campaign teams and program managers, BizTech, and Digital Marketing; capture qualitative insights about how tools influence campaign strategy.
  • Coordinate with the CRM & Political Intelligence team for technical or training-related handoffs.
  • Provide insights and narrative feedback to leadership demonstrating how tool adoption drives policy impact.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in public policy and go-to-market/marketing experience.
  • Demonstrated experience in marketing insights in a fast-paced and complex environment, with a track record of delivering projects on time and within scope.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; ability to convey complex ideas and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively across diverse functions and bridge gaps between teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a data-driven mindset.
  • Experience navigating regulatory or policy frameworks is highly desirable.
  • Experience working with many cross-functional teams and leading project teams through influence and accountability.
  • Personal integrity aligned with Airbnb’s values and a passion for Airbnb’s mission.
  • Must live in a U.S. state where Airbnb, Inc. has a registered entity (position is US - Remote Eligible; occasional office or offsite attendance as agreed with manager).

Benefits & Compensation

  • Base pay range: $154,000—$191,500 USD.
  • Role may be eligible for bonus, equity, benefits, and Employee Travel Credits.
  • Remote-eligible within eligible U.S. states; may include occasional office work or offsites.
