We are seeking a Senior Sales Operations Analyst to join our organization. As a key member of the OEM and Strategic Partners' Sales Operations team, you will be deeply engaged in supporting NVIDIAβs major OEM and strategic customers. This role offers an outstanding chance to create a significant impact on customer interface, sales forecasting, supply and demand optimization, and customer relationship management, all while aligning customer expectations with our company goals.
Responsibilities
- Build and implement strategies, forecasting, sales account management, training, and education for strategic customers.
- Partner with sales leaders to define, set up, and operationalize key processes, including Sales Forecasting, Sales Reporting and Analytics, and Operations.
- Assist account management teams through full sales cycles with activities such as quoting, special pricing, deal tracking, rebate, EOL terms, and revenue management. Participate in developing regional Sales Operations processes to streamline workflows.
- Implement and standardize business reporting for strategic analysis and internal business review. Maintain metrics of customer forecast and fulfillment, including historical data, waterfall, and trend analysis.
- Lead daily sales administration and operations tasks, including forecast management, customer demand fulfillment, leading customer-level supply commitments, coordinating NPI, EOL, VMI hub supply, and related activities.
- Collaborate with internal partners (Operations, Finance, Credit, Sales Management, and Product Group) to drive continuity of supply and process improvement.
Requirements
- 5+ years of Sales Operations experience with Tier One OEMs.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Strong revenue reporting and sales/financial analytical skills.
- Strong consultative and project management skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a sophisticated high-tech environment.
- Knowledge of the semiconductor industry and experience in supply chain management.
- High energy and positive problem-solving demeanor; ability to multi-task and strong interpersonal skills.
- Proactive, creative, flexible, and capable of using good judgment to accomplish tasks on schedule with minimal direction and supervision.
Compensation & Additional Information
- Base salary range (by level): Level 3 β 92,000 USD to 143,750 USD; Level 4 β 128,000 USD to 195,500 USD. Final base salary will be determined based on location, experience, and internal pay equity.
- You will also be eligible for equity and benefits.
