Responsibilities

• Independently solve complex problems in compute platform security.
• Harden systems using technologies like secure boot and access control frameworks.
• Build secure operating systems, managed containers, and automated updates.
• Develop logging and monitoring systems to detect and respond to runtime threats.
• Build and evolve infrastructure platforms by co-creating with engineering teams.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in software or development-focused security engineering.
• An execution-focused mindset, capable of navigating through ambiguity and delivering results.
• A passion for building an open financial system that brings the world together.

Nice to Haves

• Strong working knowledge of the Linux operating system and comfort working with the Linux kernel (e.g., writing kernel modules).
• Experience building security controls for operating system security, container runtime security, and/or container lifecycle management.
• Experience with Golang, Docker, and/or Kubernetes.
