NVIDIA is seeking a Senior Software Account Manager to drive revenue growth of NVIDIA AI software offerings across enterprise customers in the West Region of the United States, focused on U.S. federal and civilian agencies. The role involves selling NVIDIA AI solutions (AI Enterprise, Run:AI, Omniverse, and hardened AI containers) into classified, air-gapped, and mission-critical environments and working closely with solution architects, product managers, and federal partners.

Responsibilities

  • Drive net-new sales of NVIDIA AI solutions (AI Enterprise, Run:AI, Omniverse, and hardened AI containers) into U.S. federal and civilian agencies.
  • Lead the full sales cycle from prospecting and account planning through contract award for targeted agencies and programs.
  • Build and lead executive-level relationships across agencies, mission owners, integrators, and OEM partners.
  • Navigate sophisticated procurement cycles, contract vehicles (e.g., GSA Schedule, SEWP, IDIQs), and budget approvals.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor on deploying AI workloads securely in classified, air-gapped, and mission-critical environments.
  • Collaborate with NVIDIA solution architects, product managers, and the federal partner ecosystem to build tailored solutions.
  • Provide market feedback to advise NVIDIA's federal go-to-market strategy and product roadmap.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline and forecasting aligned to NVIDIA’s sales methodology.

Requirements

  • 12+ years of enterprise software or AI/HPC sales experience to the U.S. federal government, with a consistent record of exceeding quotas.
  • BS degree or equivalent experience.
  • Proven success selling hardened AI containers, containerized workloads, or secure enterprise software into classified or air-gapped environments.
  • Active Top Secret (TS) security clearance; TS/SCI preferred.
  • Deep understanding of federal procurement processes, contracting vehicles, and acquisition strategy.
  • Familiarity with compliance/security frameworks such as FedRAMP, DoD Impact Levels, FIPS 140-3, and NIST 800-53.
  • Strong partner engagement skills with federal system integrators, OEMs, and cloud providers.
  • Ability to lead both technical and executive-level conversations that connect NVIDIA AI solutions to mission outcomes.
  • Demonstrated success introducing new products or technologies into the federal market.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Cash compensation range: 224,000 USD - 356,500 USD (approximately 85% base salary, 15% variable compensation).
