As an engineer, you love solving the puzzle. If the puzzle is interesting enough, the work is fun. Of course, we also have the nicest colleagues but that is subjective. The puzzles on the Senior Software Engineer's plate include personalising offers to our customers, and then really end-to-end. But also things like setting up a scalable integration service with fully automated deployments and the freedom to experiment with tools and technologies to set up your work as well and efficiently as possible.

We work with robust technologies, including Typescript, Postgres, AWS Lambda, AWS Batch, and the Serverless.com framework.

Responsibilities

  • Personalising offers to customers end-to-end
  • Setting up scalable integration services with automated deployments
  • Proactive in roadmapping, solutioning, and designing and implementing features
  • Initiating and driving improvements within the Serverless and Integration domain
  • Working in an Agile team with DevOps responsibility

Requirements

  • Expertise in Serverless technologies such as AWS Lambda, DynamoDB, and Serverless.com
  • Expertise in Typescript
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing
  • Experience with SQL and relational databases
  • Seen by team members as a specialist and a go-to person for help
