Responsibilities

• Build, improve, and operate backend developer productivity infrastructure services and systems.
• Design scalable, fault-tolerant cloud-based solutions using modern technology and best practices.
• Collaborate with engineers and leadership to create a quarterly technical and product roadmap.
• Provide excellent customer support to internal engineers.

Requirements

• Minimum 5+ years of software engineering experience.
• Experience designing, building, scaling, and operating large-scale, high-throughput infrastructure.
• Write high-quality, well-tested code tailored to user needs.
• Strong problem-solving skills, able to identify root causes and implement solutions.

Nice to Haves

• Experience with Golang, Ruby, AWS.
• Prior experience with GitHub and GitHub Actions operation.

The target annual salary ranges from $186,065 to $218,900 USD and includes bonus, equity, and benefits.
