Responsibilities

• Provide technical structure to teams and work closely with management and stakeholders to define strategic roadmaps
• Manage individual project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables with your technical expertise
• Mentor and train other team members on design techniques and coding standards
• Design and implement foundational infrastructure components used by every engineering team in production (e.g., dynamic configuration, secrets storage, container orchestration, etc.)
• Write high quality, well tested code to meet the needs of your customers

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in software engineering
• Very strong in distributed systems or data systems; experience with Crypto is a big plus
• Experience architecting and developing solutions to ambiguous problems with significant impact
• Passionate about building an indexing platform that brings the Web3 and Web2 world together

Nice to haves

• Experience designing and developing distributed systems
• Experience scaling rapidly growing companies (from 10 to 100s of engineers)
• Experience with Blockchains such as Bitcoin, Ethereum
• Experience decomposing large monoliths into microservices
• Experience with Golang, Kafka, Redis, S3, Clickhouse, MongoDB
• Experience building financial, high reliability, or security systems
• Crypto-forward experience including familiarity with onchain activity such as interacting with Ethereum addresses, using ENS, and engaging with dApps or blockchain-based services

Pay Transparency Notice: Depending on your work location, the target annual salary for this position ranges from $180,625 to $212,000 USD. Full time offers include target bonus, target equity, and benefits (medical, dental, vision, and 401(k)).
