We are currently looking for a Software/CAD engineer to join our team. In this role you'll be building solutions to boost productivity and efficiency of our custom circuit designs. You will engage with multi-functional teams to ensure the robustness of the designs that will have direct impact across all product lines.

Responsibilities

• Work within a multi-functional team on various projects involving pre-silicon and post-silicon hardware design and related data.
• Support circuit design engineers to automate typical design tasks and improve efficiency.
• Build flows and methodology around vendor EDA tools and design collaterals to streamline design and verification workflows.
• Work closely with design engineers to support the existing development infrastructure, identify possible improvements and solutions.
• Employ good software engineering practices to develop complex and scalable systems.

Requirements

• MS/PhD preferred in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of experience in VLSI CAD flows and methodology.
• Prior experience and background in VLSI is required.
• Strong programming skills in multiple languages (C++, Tcl, Python, Makefile or other scripting languages).
• Good interpersonal skills, quick learner, proactive, innovative, highly motivated, and committed.

Preferred / Ways to stand out

• Experience with design collaterals such as .v, .gv, .lib, gds, etc.
• Experience with vendor EDA tools and building flows/methodology around them.
• Enjoy working across multiple levels and teams across organizations.
• Effective interpersonal and technical presentation skills.
• Self-starter with passion for growth, enthusiasm for continuous learning and sharing findings across the team.

Benefits

• Base salary range: 136,000 USD - 212,750 USD (determined based on location, experience, and comparable pay).
