Role overview

You will join the Coinbase One team to build membership experiences that drive user choice and revenue. The role focuses on designing and implementing elegant, functional user experiences and owning product experiences from implementation through shipping.

Responsibilities

• Build and help design elegant and functional user experiences.
• Own and implement product experiences that directly drive revenue for the company.
• Work with engineers, product managers, and senior leadership to turn vision into a quarterly roadmap.
• Add positive energy to meetings and include teammates in interactions.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience developing web and/or mobile apps and shipping user-facing features with React, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
• Experience developing and shipping user-facing features using component-based UI frameworks.
• Experience leading and landing meaningful projects; seen as a subject matter expert on your team.
• Familiarity with product and design lifecycles and close collaboration with designers, engineers, and product managers.
• Ability to write high-quality, well-tested, extensible code.
• Up-to-date knowledge of frontend architecture best practices and industry standards.
• Proactive, growth mindset, and experience empowering and cultivating teammates.

Nice to haves

• Experience launching new products from 0 to 1.
• Experience on front-end teams in the finance or security space.
• At least 1 year of experience developing React Native mobile apps or migrating native apps to React Native.
• Crypto-forward experience, including familiarity with onchain activity such as interacting with Ethereum addresses, using ENS, and engaging with dApps or blockchain-based services.

Compensation

Pay Range: $186,065 — $218,900 USD (target annual salary; full-time offers also include target bonus, target equity, and benefits including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k)).
