The Institutional Product Group develops products for institutional customers including Hedge Funds and individual traders, covering trading, staking, governance, custody, web3 operations, and API integrations.

The Prime Product Experiences Team creates complex and delightful UIs such as Trading UIs, Transfers Flow UIs, Prime Homepage, Team Policies & Permissions, working closely with backend engineers, designers, and product managers.

Responsibilities

  • Design secure, highly reliable services integrating with blockchains and adding new cryptocurrency assets.
  • Build UI components for mobile and web using TypeScript, React, React Native, with tools like Linaria, Percy, Storybook, Docusaurus, and integration with Figma for design collaboration.
  • Enhance digital currency apps with new features such as staking, voting, and predicting.
  • Write secure infrastructural services for storage, accounting, and transactions.
  • Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and senior leadership to define quarterly roadmaps.
  • Foster positive energy and inclusive interactions.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years software engineering experience.
  • At least 4 years developing web applications and shipping user-facing features using JavaScript and modern component-based frameworks like React.
  • Experience in front-end architecture, including performance, security, and usability.
  • Familiar with product and design lifecycles and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Writes high-quality, well-tested code to meet customer needs.

Nice to Haves

  • Experience on front-end teams within finance or security sectors.
  • At least 1 year of React Native mobile app development or migration experience.
