About the Role

As a Senior Software Engineer on the Session Replay team, you’ll join a cross-functional team responsible for functionality that lets Web and Mobile developers rewind and replay their users' journey leading up to a bug. You'll build capabilities to help developers understand the context in which their applications errors occur. Replays are connected to other context like errors, traces, user feedback, and feature flags to provide comprehensive debugging tools.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain features for Session Replay, User Feedback, and related products using Python, Django, React, TypeScript, and Rust
• Lead high-value initiatives and implement high-quality features driving engineering excellence
• Collaborate with product management and engineering teams to define, implement, and ship new features
• Maintain and expand functionality for a service used by millions of developers

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience building full-stack applications and working with large-scale distributed systems
• Proficiency with TypeScript, React, Python, Django, and Postgres
• Proven ability to design and implement features from concept to completion, covering both front-end and back-end development
• Experience in rapidly iterating on proof-of-concept implementations to bring new product ideas to life
• Experience with end-to-end ownership of a large feature or system
