Responsibilities
- Develop, test, and debug complex low-level Windows code in the Windows kernel and related areas.
- Work on features such as the Windows agent’s Anti-Tampering (self-protection), network sensors, and other kernel-side capabilities involving both research and development.
- Design and develop capabilities to improve product stability and user experience for a large-scale EPP/EDR agent deployed to millions of endpoints.
- Collaborate with engineers across the development lifecycle to take features from design through production.
- Continuously expand knowledge of Windows OS internals and the EPP/EDR ecosystem to address challenging real-world problems.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a Software Developer in low-level Windows programming.
- 3+ years of recent experience in C, Assembly, and C++ (experience with modern C++ 17/20 is a plus).
- Windows Kernel development expertise and hands-on familiarity with Windows OS design and internals.
- Hands-on experience with Windows low-level development and debugging of Windows applications.
- Hands-on familiarity with standard debugging and profiling tools for Windows.
- Previous experience working on a production-grade product with wide-scale deployment.
- Previous experience with security-oriented development, reversing, or malware analysis is an advantage.
- Great communication skills and the ability to work independently and with peers across different time zones.
- U.S. Citizenship is required for this position. SentinelOne participates in the E-Verify Program for all U.S. based roles.

Compensation
Base Salary Range: $128,000—$176,000 USD. This U.S. role has a base pay range that will vary based on the location of the candidate. For some locations, a different pay range may apply and will be provided during the recruiting process.
