Details

NVIDIA has been transforming computer graphics, PC gaming, and accelerated computing for more than 25 years. Today, we’re tapping into the unlimited potential of AI to define the next era of computing. In this role, you’ll help shape the evolution of NVIDIA’s DOCA - the accelerated infrastructure framework for AI Factories & Cloud. Your work will influence advanced computing environments, empowering industries and researchers to push the limits of performance and possibility.

At NVIDIA, you’ll join a diverse, inspired community united by curiosity, creativity, and a shared mission to change the world. Our DOCA Product Group leads software strategy for ConnectX and BlueField DPU product lines — cornerstones of NVIDIA’s data-center and AI strategy. Together, we are building the networking backbone of tomorrow’s intelligent systems and shaping the future of how computation connects.

Responsibilities

  • Define product requirements and roadmaps, incorporating feedback from customers and teams to support ecosystem growth.
  • Collaborate with AI product teams, engineers, and customers to advocate the use of DOCA SDK and to develop new DOCA APIs, libraries, and microservices for new deployments.
  • Collaborate deeply with multidisciplinary engineering and architecture teams to establish priorities and define precise, actionable requirements for breakthrough projects.
  • Forge strong partnerships with customers and ecosystem partners — actively listen to their technical needs, deliver expert guidance, and support successful, large-scale AI deployments that drive strategic goals.
  • Create use cases and reference applications to demonstrate product value to technical and executive audiences.
  • Gather insights to define future products, including analysis of complementary and competitive products and customer feedback.

Requirements

  • BSc/MSc in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field; or equivalent experience.
  • 12+ years of product/program management experience in embedded software or networking, covering hardware and software systems.
  • Expertise in cloud technologies, Linux, User Space, DPDK, Kubernetes, and accelerated networking (InfiniBand, Ethernet).
  • Strong ability to translate customer and business insights into networking software solutions, focusing on cloud providers, enterprises, integrators, and vendors.
  • Proven success working with Enterprise clients and top Cloud Service Providers on product releases and large-scale AI deployments.
  • Advanced analytical and product/project management skills in dynamic, technical environments.
  • Excellent communication skills in both technical and business contexts.

Ways to Stand Out

  • Strong background in Data Center networking, AI-driven networking, storage, and security techniques.
  • Proven leadership in embedded software development, from networking infrastructure to application-level innovation.
  • Hands-on experience with DPU offload architecture, programmable networking pipelines, and NVIDIA technologies (CUDA, embedded solutions), with deep platform ecosystem knowledge.
  • Success in partnering with global enterprise customers on networking and cloud infrastructure deployments.
  • Extensive product management experience in international organizations, with a focus on adaptability and cross-cultural collaboration and the ability to monetize infrastructure software platforms.
