Today NVIDIA is tapping into the unlimited potential of AI to define the next era of computing. The Solutions Architect will help bridge the gap between design and deployment of large-scale AI and HPC GPU infrastructure, working with NVIDIA Cloud Partners and customers to bring GenAI, AI, ML, and related hardware and software technologies into production.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with NVIDIA Cloud Partners to create, implement, and operationalize NVIDIA hardware and software solutions.
- Partner with Sales Account Managers and business leads to identify and secure business opportunities for NVIDIA products and solutions.
- Act as primary technical support for customers during development, construction, and production of large GPU cloud infrastructure across the full customer lifecycle.
- Conduct regular technical customer meetings for project/product details, feature discussions, technology introductions, and debugging sessions.
- Work with customers to build proofs-of-concept (PoCs) addressing critical business needs by building out networking and compute infrastructure.
- Prepare and deliver technical content to customers including presentations and workshops.
- Analyze and develop joint solutions for customer performance and scaling issues.
Requirements
- BS/MS/PhD in Electrical/Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, or other Engineering fields, or equivalent experience.
- Motivation and skills to own and drive technical engagements with customers throughout the full customer lifecycle.
- 12+ years of solution engineering, sales engineering, cloud engineering, or similar experience working directly with partners and customers.
- Experience crafting and deploying large-scale cluster environments.
- Practical expertise in data center design, development, and execution for AI and HPC workloads.
- Strong time management and the ability to balance multiple tasks; excellent written and verbal communication for documents and presentations.
Ways to stand out
- Practical familiarity with NVIDIA hardware (GPUs, Ethernet/InfiniBand networking components, storage) within large AI and HPC cluster settings.
- Practical knowledge of NVIDIA systems technology such as NCCL, DCGM, UFM, Mission Control, Base Command Manager.
- Familiarity with at-scale GPU systems including performance testing and AI benchmarking.
- Practical involvement in cluster administration and orchestration (SLURM, Kubernetes / K8s).
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary ranges (determined by location, experience, and comparable employees):
- Level 5: 224,000 USD - 356,500 USD
- Level 6: 272,000 USD - 425,500 USD
