NVIDIA is seeking a strategic Solutions Architect with a passion for education and enablement to join the Solutions Architecture and Engineering (SAE) team as the SAE Training Lead. The role focuses on scaling global technical teams through high-impact training content, aligning technical messages with product and company strategy, and driving awareness across the global SAE organization. The position involves hands-on technical collaboration, curriculum design, and coordinating global training events for AI/HPC solutions both on-premises and in the cloud.
Responsibilities
- Develop and lead a global SAE technical training strategy, eliminating duplicated efforts and creating a unified, efficient learning path.
- Act as the primary liaison with corporate enablement, customer training, certification, and product teams to maintain consistent communication and resource exchange.
- Produce technical training materials (presentations, labs, and resources) using firsthand technical knowledge.
- Coordinate and consolidate global training events, working with regional SA leads, NVIDIA Partner Network (NPN), and OEM teams to optimize travel and resources.
- Establish metrics and feedback mechanisms to measure training effectiveness; QA training content, track feedback, and define measurable results to continuously improve content and delivery.
- Assist in management and execution of SAE-led training initiatives, from curriculum design and logistics to post-event analysis and reporting.
Requirements
- BS, MS, or PhD in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 8+ years of experience in a technical role such as Solutions Architecture, Systems Engineering, or Technical Marketing, combined with proven experience in technical training, enablement, or teaching roles.
- Strong foundational expertise with AI and HPC solutions, both on-premises and in the cloud.
- Practical experience with a broad range of tools and technologies used by NVIDIA: data center, system, networking, and cluster management tools; virtualization, containerization, and orchestration tools; HPC and AI applications.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills with the ability to distill complex technical topics into clear, understandable content for a technical audience.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and the ability to multitask efficiently in a dynamic environment.
Ways to Stand Out
- Demonstrated program management experience managing cross-functional global initiatives.
- Experience with learning management systems (LMS), content creation tools, or video production.
- History of creating and delivering successful "Train the Trainer" programs.
- Strong coding and debugging skills, including Python, C/C++, Bash, and Linux utilities.
- Hands-on experience with NVIDIA compute and networking hardware, AI Factory deployment software stack, and public speaking at industry conferences or large technical events.
Compensation & Other Details
- Base salary ranges by internal level:
- Level 4: 184,000 USD - 287,500 USD
- Level 5: 224,000 USD - 356,500 USD
- You will also be eligible for equity and benefits.
