Responsibilities

  • Support networking technologies such as Spectrum-X and assist customers with technical challenges and requirements during pre-sales activities.
  • Develop proof-of-concept materials for innovative technologies intended for early adopters.
  • Gain customers’ trust and understand their needs to help design and deploy cutting-edge NVIDIA networking platforms to run AI and HPC workloads.
  • Address sophisticated and highly-visible customer issues.
  • Work closely with R&D teams to develop new features for customers.
  • Help define product requirements alongside engineering and product marketing teams.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience with computer software, including knowledge of Linux kernel, Ethernet, and IP protocols.
  • B.Sc, Masters, or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related technical field (or equivalent experience).
  • Extensive knowledge and experience debugging issues involving Ethernet Switches/Routers and network protocols in the L2 to L4 layers.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and directly with customers.

Ways to Stand Out

  • Coding experience with multiple programming languages, from low-level (C) to high-level (Perl, Python, shell scripts).
  • Knowledge of cloud infrastructure and AI workflows.
  • Experience with Linux environment and Linux networking.
  • Familiarity with NVIDIA Ethernet/Infiniband switches, RoCE, and RDMA concepts.
