Join NVIDIA, an innovative company in computer graphics and AI, to help redefine computing. As a Sr. Staff Business System Analyst based in Santa Clara, CA, you will work with new systems and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact IT and AI-enabled solutions across the Atlassian portfolio and broader enterprise IT ecosystem.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze and define business requirements for IT systems to ensure seamless, high-impact implementation of solutions.
  • Collaborate with multi-functional teams and partners to identify technology strategies that align with business objectives, improve user experience, and achieve quantifiable outcomes.
  • Lead IT and AI-enabled projects spanning the Atlassian portfolio and beyond—ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and with clear success metrics.
  • Develop and maintain detailed documentation on system design, configuration, integration, and AI adoption standard methodologies.
  • Use analytics and metrics to track project performance, identify optimization opportunities, and drive continuous improvement in user satisfaction.
  • Provide expert guidance, mentorship, and customer-centric support to collaborators to improve adoption and engagement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • At least 10 years of proven experience in business systems analysis, IT solution delivery, or Atlassian platform administration and optimization.
  • Proficiency in system design, configuration, and integration, with a track record of delivering scalable, user-centric solutions within the Atlassian portfolio and enterprise IT environments.
  • Demonstrated leadership in driving complex, cross-functional projects—balancing strategic vision with timely, on-budget execution.
  • Strong analytical and decision-making skills using data and metrics to prioritize initiatives, mitigate risks, and ensure measurable business impact.
  • Excellent communication, collaborator management, and teamwork skills to influence and align diverse teams toward shared goals.

Compensation

  • Base salary range (Level 4): 140,000 USD - 224,250 USD
  • Base salary range (Level 5): 168,000 USD - 264,500 USD
  • You will also be eligible for equity and benefits. Final base salary will be determined based on location, experience, and pay of employees in similar positions.
