Responsibilities

• Analyze complex datasets, automate processes, and derive actionable insights that contribute to strategic goals.
• Define and implement data-driven solutions, provide valuable recommendations, and contribute to continuous improvement of processes and infrastructure.
• Apply statistical techniques and machine learning algorithms to analyze large datasets and extract meaningful patterns, trends, and insights.
• Design and implement automated processes for data collection, cleaning, and analysis ensuring efficiency and accuracy.
• Collaborate with multi-functional teams to understand business challenges and provide data-driven insights to propose strategic decision-making.
• Map data-driven solutions to business problems, working closely with partners to align analytics initiatives with organizational goals.
• Effectively communicate complex findings to technical and non-technical customers, fostering a data-driven culture.
• Create visually compelling data visualizations and reports to communicate insights.
• Craft engaging narratives around data findings and present results to partners and executives.

Requirements

• 12+ years of demonstrable experience in data science roles, with a focus on team leadership and project management.
• Demonstrated success in implementing machine learning solutions to solve complex business problems.
• Lead all aspects of the entire lifecycle of data science projects, from conceptualization to implementation.
• Experience working with Fortune 500 companies across diverse industries.
• Master’s or Ph.D. in a relevant field (Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science) or equivalent experience.
