  • Lead/assist initiatives such as migrations, tenant consolidations, and M&A; define requirements and integration points with enterprise messaging and Exchange apps and services.
  • Handle day-to-day operations and escalations; mentor engineers/architects and foster a culture of learning, documentation, SOPs, run-books, and enabling support team.
  • Build strategy to keep enhancing the messaging ecosystems with evolving technologies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 8+ years of proven experience architecting and managing Exchange Server (on-prem & SE), hybrid/Exchange Online (O365), Public Folders, SMTP, Active Directory, and Azure integrations.
  • Demonstrable ability to take end-to-end ownership of the user experience for the services.
  • Solid understanding of Exchange architecture, including concepts such as Database Availability Groups (DAGs) and hybrid configurations.
  • Extremely motivated, highly passionate, curious about new technologies, with strong communication and planning skills.
  • Ability to work successfully with multi-functional teams, principals, and architects across organizational boundaries and geographies.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment.
