Role overview

As a Senior Supply Market Planning Manager, you will be responsible for better balancing demand and supply in your region. You will design data-driven insights and analysis to enhance our supply capabilities and drive action to improve supply and demand and optimize our market positioning. You will partner closely with sales, marketing, product, and other stakeholders across the company to align supply strategies with marketing, product, and revenue goals.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze short- and long-term demand and supply trends related to EMEA and drive actions to capitalize on those insights.
  • Build a new Supply Intelligence/Acquisition function to partner with Data Science, Finance, and Product to forecast supply needed at granular (~sub-geo and category) levels and scale levers to acquire and activate the right supply across Acquisition and Account Management (both human- and automation-driven).
  • Develop and maintain a central command center to help field teams and leaders extract supply intelligence insights (demand spikes, demand:supply imbalances, booking lead time, market share changes, etc.) at scale.
  • Act as the primary liaison between Supply, Global Markets, and Product teams to ensure alignment on key initiatives, supply intelligence, and product launches.
  • Source EMEA parcel data, leads, and contact information to strengthen the supply intelligence engine.
  • Contribute deeply to the Supply planning cycle; work as a strategic thought partner to the revenue leadership team and collaborate with Finance, HR, and other stakeholders to set an ambitious growth vision.
  • Build and maintain relationships with strategic partners, ensuring alignment and addressing issues as they arise.
  • Develop recommendations on key strategic initiatives from initial hypothesis generation, deep analytical analysis, and executive-ready outputs.

Requirements / Your Expertise

  • 8+ years of work experience, preferably with combined exposure to data-modeling, analytics, project management, and management in a dynamic entrepreneurial environment.
  • Ability to take initiative and navigate through ambiguity; distill complex issues into structured frameworks and action plans.
  • Strong analytical skills and mindset with experience in GTM model development and insights-driven decision-making.
  • Proven experience leading strategic and tactical execution within a large organization, advising management on complex projects or issues.
  • Experience implementing and scaling initiatives across globally dispersed teams.
  • Ability to context-switch and dynamically prioritize a portfolio of work.
  • Experience with tools such as Excel, SQL, and other BI tools (Tableau, etc.).
  • Familiarity with Salesforce (or another CRM) and sales platforms like Gong.
  • Proven track record of influencing and rallying diverse stakeholders using qualitative and quantitative insights.

Compensation
