Responsibilities
- Translate future product TGP/EDP specs into power, thermal, and electrical specifications for manufacturing testing.
- Develop new features to reduce test time, improve quality of coverage, and enhance power/thermal specifications of System Level Test (SLT).
- Create methodologies to project system level test time well before power-on.
- Identify suboptimal test strategies and collaborate with software and ASIC teams to improve or create new test infrastructure.
Requirements
- Master’s degree (MS) or equivalent experience in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or related fields.
- 8+ years of experience.
- Deep knowledge of system level testing related to DVFS, binning, or power/thermal management features for advanced SoCs/GPUs.
- Experience with both pre-silicon test strategies and hands-on lab prototyping of system features.
- Proficient in Python/Perl scripting.
