We are seeking a dynamic DGX Technical Marketing Engineer who can move and adapt quickly to changing needs and showcase the capabilities of our hardware in real-world customer environments.

Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and document reference architectures and solutions with DGX product management to showcase hardware capabilities in real customer environments; perform hands-on lab work to validate performance, interoperability, and scalability.
  • Develop technical marketing collateral: white papers, solution briefs, technical presentations, demo videos, and blog posts to articulate technical differentiation and product value.
  • Serve as the primary technical resource for global sales and channel partners; develop and deliver technical training, presentations, and demonstrations to enable effective positioning and sales of solutions.
  • Act as the voice of the customer and the field to product management and engineering teams; provide feedback on product features, functionality, and roadmap based on market insights and customer interactions.
  • Work on demos and support product positioning and messaging jointly with product marketing.
  • Conduct in-depth technical analysis of competitive products and solutions; develop and maintain competitive intelligence.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent experience). A Master’s degree is a plus.
  • 12+ years of hands-on experience in a technical, customer-facing role such as Technical Marketing Engineer, Solutions Architect, Sales Engineer, or similar within hardware, networking, or enterprise software industries.
  • Hands-on experience deploying systems, networking, and storage in combination with Docker containers, Kubernetes, and service-oriented architecture.
  • Deep technical knowledge of IT deployment practices and introducing new capabilities into customer environments.
  • World-class communication skills with demonstrated ability to articulate value propositions to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with engineering, research, developer relations, and go-to-market teams.
  • Ability to manage concurrent projects and priorities in a dynamic environment.

Preferred / Ways To Stand Out

  • Hands-on experience in system administration.
  • Prior Technical Marketing experience with enterprise products.
  • Publications such as blogs, white papers, or technical documentation.
  • Experience contributing to or collaborating with open-source projects.
  • Strong programming skills and familiarity with CUDA and GPU fundamentals.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base salary range: 200,000 USD - 322,000 USD (determined by location, experience, and pay of employees in similar positions).
  • Eligible for equity and company benefits.
