NVIDIA Aerial RAN Computer (ARC) is a high-performance, energy-efficient, 6G-ready accelerated computing platform designed for telecom networks to enable commercial AI-RAN deployments and on-ramping to AI-native 5G and 6G. ARC unifies AI and radio access workloads on a software-defined, accelerated infrastructure (GPU, CPU, DPU/NIC) to improve performance, efficiency, and monetization. The role is responsible for orchestrating the development of the NVIDIA ARC product portfolio and its ecosystem, driving the roadmap and delivering features that move the needle for customers.
Responsibilities
- Own the product lifecycle for the ARC portfolio from concept through launch and lifecycle management.
- Understand and articulate the unique value propositions of different ARC architectures (for example: ARC-1, ARC-Compact, ARC-Pro, ARC-OTA) and map them to AI-RAN workloads and use cases.
- Define system-level requirements (PRDs) and prioritize use cases and reference architectures for key verticals including CRAN, DRAN, and 6G research platforms.
- Distill insights from strategic customers and partners to define, prioritize, and complete product roadmaps.
- Identify opportunities to address customer needs and translate them into NVIDIA accelerated computing (GPU, CPU, DPU/NIC) value propositions and product proposals.
- Work cross-functionally with partners, engineering, operations, and field teams to define solutions and develop comprehensive GTM plans and product positioning.
- Collaborate with the sales organization to develop effective sales collateral and tools.
Requirements
- BS/MS or equivalent experience in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- 12+ years of product management experience, with focus on hardware components (compute building blocks and overall solutions).
- Knowledge of and ability to explain compute building blocks such as GPU, CPU, and DPU/NIC.
- Strong wireless communications technical background and understanding of RAN components and architectures (CU, DU, RU) and networking architectures.
- Strong desire to learn, motivation to tackle complex problems, and the ability to make sophisticated trade-offs.
- Outstanding communication and project management skills; highly organized with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
Ways to stand out
- Direct development experience with NVIDIA software (Aerial), NVIDIA hardware (GPU, CPU, NIC, DPU) and SDKs.
- Successful management experience across the lifecycle of embedded products in fast-paced environments.
- Experience in RU architecture and end-to-end RAN systems.
Benefits
- Base salary range: 208,000 USD - 327,750 USD (determined by location, experience, and peer pay).
- Eligibility for equity and company benefits (see NVIDIA benefits page).
- NVIDIA is an equal opportunity employer committed to fostering a diverse work environment.
