Collibra is seeking a Senior Technical Product Marketing Manager to join the Product Marketing team and drive go-to-market strategy for native AI and unstructured data initiatives. This role is an individual contributor reporting to the Director of Product Marketing and will act as the bridge between Engineering, Product, and customers—translating complex technical concepts into customer-facing narratives and technical content for both technical and business audiences.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute technical go-to-market (GTM) strategies informed by market, competitive, and customer insights, with a focus on technical differentiators and use cases for AI and unstructured data solutions.
  • Define and refine technical messaging and positioning that highlights product capabilities and value, crafting narratives that resonate with data scientists, engineers, and technical leaders.
  • Create technical content: solution briefs, whitepapers, technical blog posts, demo videos, technical presentations, and interactive guided product tours demonstrating real-world use cases.
  • Lead and coordinate cross-functional product launches with Product Management, Engineering, Sales, and Marketing to ensure seamless launch of technical features and products.
  • Equip Sales, Solution Engineering, and Partner teams with technical training materials, competitive battle cards, and product documentation to support sales efforts.
  • Represent the company as a technical subject matter expert at industry events, webinars, and customer meetings; present to technical audiences and gather feedback to inform product and GTM strategy.
  • Help create and update engaging interactive guided tours of the Collibra Platform showcasing capabilities and use cases.

Requirements

  • 7–10 years of technical product marketing experience, ideally at global technology companies.
  • Strong technical acumen with a solid understanding of data management and/or machine learning concepts.
  • Experience with AI technologies is required.
  • Hands-on experience with unstructured data and related technologies is a significant plus.
  • Proven product marketing experience in B2B enterprise software or SaaS environments.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent related working experience is required.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical information into clear, compelling content for varied audiences.
  • Strategic thinker able to synthesize market insights, technical capabilities, and customer needs into coherent GTM strategies.

Measures of success

  • Within 3 months: Solid understanding of native AI and unstructured data roadmap; foundational knowledge of target personas; established relationships with key Product and Engineering stakeholders.
  • Within 6 months: Developed and executed a technical GTM plan for a new feature or product launch; produced a portfolio of technical content used by sales and marketing.
  • Within 12 months: Become a trusted advisor and subject matter expert for AI and unstructured data initiatives, delivering assets and activities that contribute to pipeline growth and revenue.

Location & Working Model

  • Hybrid role based in the New York City office. The hybrid model requires working from the office at least two days per week.

Compensation

  • Base salary range: $168,000 - $210,000 per year.
  • Position is not eligible for additional commission-based compensation.
