Collibra is seeking a Senior Technical Product Marketing Manager to join our Product Marketing team. Reporting to the Director of Product Marketing, you will drive go-to-market strategy for Collibra’s native AI and unstructured data initiatives. You will act as the bridge between Engineering, Product, and customers—translating complex technical concepts into clear, customer-centric narratives for both technical and business audiences. This is a hybrid role based in our Raleigh office; the hybrid model requires working from the office at least two days per week. This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute technical go-to-market strategies by synthesizing market, competitive, and customer insights with a focus on technical differentiators and use cases for AI and unstructured data solutions.
- Define and refine differentiated technical messaging and positioning that highlights product capabilities and value for data scientists, engineers, and technical leaders.
- Create high-impact technical content, including solution briefs, whitepapers, technical blog posts, demo videos, and technical presentations to educate and engage technically minded audiences.
- Lead and coordinate cross-functional product launches with Product Management, Engineering, Sales, and Marketing to ensure seamless launches of new technical features and products.
- Equip Sales, Solution Engineering, and Partner teams with technical training materials, competitive battle cards, and detailed product documentation for effective selling.
- Represent Collibra as a technical subject matter expert at industry events, webinars, and customer meetings; present to technical audiences and gather feedback.
- Help create and update interactive guided product tours of the Collibra Platform demonstrating real-world use cases and latest capabilities.
Requirements
- 7–10 years of technical product marketing experience, ideally within global technology companies.
- Strong understanding of core concepts in data management, machine learning, and unstructured data. Experience with related technologies is a significant plus.
- Proven product marketing experience, preferably for B2B enterprise software or SaaS companies.
- Demonstrated AI expertise; experience with AI technologies is required.
- Demonstrated success collaborating cross-functionally with Product Management, Engineering, and Sales teams.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related working experience required.

Measures of success
- Within 3 months: Solid understanding of native AI and unstructured data product roadmap, foundational knowledge of target personas, and initial relationships with Product and Engineering stakeholders.
- Within 6 months: Developed and executed a technical GTM plan for a new feature or product launch and built a portfolio of technical content actively used by sales and marketing.
- Within 12 months: Become a trusted advisor and subject matter expert for AI and unstructured data initiatives, delivering assets and activities that contribute to pipeline growth and revenue targets.
Compensation
- Base salary range: $168,000 - $210,000 per year. This position is not eligible for additional commission-based compensation.
- Additional compensation and benefits include equity ownership, bonus potential, a Flex Fund monthly stipend, pension/401(k) plans, and more. Salary offers are based on experience, skills, and location.
