We are looking for a Senior Technical Program Manager (TPM) to join NVIDIA’s Server Engineering Operations Team. You will be the cross-section between execution and strategy, driving impactful programs and delivering measurable results across many functions of R&D Engineering Operations. NVIDIA’s enterprise server platforms are used across leading CSPs and industry datacenters. We need passionate, hard-working, creative people to help take on unique opportunities in data-center solutions.
Responsibilities
- Lead coordination, planning and execution activities for Datacenter Server product deployments in internal development data centers.
- Develop and lead end-to-end project plans to improve infrastructure stability, observability, and uptime; help define and drive KPIs.
- Provide hands-on program management during analysis, design, development, testing, implementation, and post-implementation phases.
- Work across multiple engineering teams to understand product roadmap and limitations.
- Use historical trends, generate meaningful metrics, and stay tuned into rapid changes in product development plans.
- Be at the intersection of engineering, operations and lab administration teams to help streamline overall engineering operations.
- Interact with diverse technical groups across organizational levels.
Requirements
- Proven experience and a successful record handling sophisticated infrastructure deployments.
- Solid Service Management or Engineering Operations experience.
- 10+ years of experience as a TPM or hands-on leader in a similar collaborative role involving multiple engineering teams, developing enterprise hardware products.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- Experience leading cross-organizational programs, influencing partners, and holding them accountable to goals, timelines, and deliverables.
- Analytical and problem-solving experience, including defining and collecting key metrics across projects.
- Strong interpersonal skills with experience in relationship building and collaboration within cross-functional teams.
Ways to stand out
- Understanding of software engineering principles, enterprise system architecture, and parallel computing.
- Prior experience in hardware or software QA best practices.
- Experience with productivity tools and process automation.
- Experience with engineering operations tools, triage, and overall methodology.
Compensation & Benefits
- Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions.
- Base salary range: 160,000 USD - 253,000 USD for Level 4; 192,000 USD - 304,750 USD for Level 5.
- You will also be eligible for equity and benefits (see NVIDIA benefits page).
