NVIDIA’s deep learning platforms are widely used by academic institutions, startups, and industry leaders. The DGX Cloud Infrastructure Team is hiring an experienced Technical Program Manager to deliver reliable cloud infrastructure and user experiences for DGX Cloud customers.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the link between global cloud service providers and NVIDIA engineering teams to deliver reliable cloud infrastructure and user experiences for DGX Cloud.
  • Gather requirements, lead prioritization, scheduling, and planning across all phases of the product life cycle.
  • Develop and drive delivery of roadmaps and schedules for multiple interdependent components.
  • Manage and improve existing product development processes and collaborate with engineering management to improve development workflow and engineering efficiency.
  • Interact with diverse technical groups across NVIDIA and partner organizations.
  • Partner with engineering and product management to define project roadmaps, schedules, and achievements.
  • Identify and address risks that impact scope, schedule, and quality; manage risks and resolve issues that impact scope, schedule, and quality.
  • Regularly communicate program status and key issues to management and across teams.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of program/project management experience driving planning and execution of large programs and software engineering projects in a matrixed environment.
  • Experience successfully leading global projects across time zones.
  • Experience with Jira and/or JAMA; able to guide engineering teams on using these tools and implementing Agile/Scrum processes.
  • Ability to think strategically and tactically and to build consensus to make programs successful; ability to resolve technical issues and resource conflicts.
  • Excellent communications and technical presentation skills.
  • MS in Electrical Engineering (EE) or Computer Science (CS) or equivalent experience.
  • Curiosity, drive, and passion for process improvement.

  • Strong communication skills and proven ability to work with cross-functional teams across organizational boundaries and geographies.
  • Natural ability to influence without authority.
  • Working knowledge of cloud technologies (a plus).
  • Experience with new product introduction and program managing research teams.
  • Experience with efficiency tools and process automation (big plus).
  • Direct experience crafting and rolling out repair and break/fix workflows.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Base salary range (determined by location, experience, and pay of employees in similar positions):
    • Level 5: 200,000 USD - 322,000 USD per year
    • Level 6: 240,000 USD - 379,500 USD per year
  • Eligible for equity and NVIDIA benefits (link to benefits referenced in posting).
