Details

NVIDIA’s deep learning platforms are widely adopted across academia and industry. The DGX Cloud Technical Program Manager will coordinate between global cloud service providers and NVIDIA engineering teams to build cloud infrastructure and user experiences for DGX Cloud customers.

Responsibilities

Act as the link between global cloud service providers and NVIDIA engineering teams.
Collect requirements, lead prioritization, timelines, and planning for all stages of the product life cycle.
Manage risks and resolve issues impacting scope, schedule, and quality to ensure programs meet quality standards.
Develop and lead schedules and milestones for many moving parts.
Lead and improve existing product development; collaborate with engineering management to improve development workflow and engineering efficiency.
Partner with engineering and product management to define and deliver project roadmaps, schedules, and achievements.
Develop and drive a communication strategy that provides cross-functional and organizational visibility on program progress and engineering delivery.
Drive organizational efficiency by coordinating with cross-functional leads and streamlining processes.
Foster ongoing development and identify opportunities for process improvements.

Requirements

10+ years of Program Management experience driving planning and execution of large programs and software engineering projects in a matrix environment.
Experience successfully leading global projects across time zones.
Experience with Jira and/or JAMA (required); ability to guide engineering teams on using these tools and implementing them in an Agile/Scrum manner.
Ability to think strategically and tactically and build consensus to make programs successful; ability to resolve technical issues and resource conflicts.
Expert in enterprise-scale lean process development and rolling out new efficiencies organization-wide.
Ability to drive cross-organization alignment across senior and executive leaders.
Excellent communication and technical presentation skills.
MS in Electrical Engineering (EE) or Computer Science (CS), or equivalent experience.

Ways to stand out

Strong communication skills and proven track record working successfully with multifunctional teams and coordinating across organizational boundaries and geographies.
Working understanding of cloud technologies (a plus).
Background with new product introduction and leading research teams.
Experience with productivity tools and process automation is a big plus.
Kubernetes platform experience is a huge plus.

Compensation & Benefits

Base salary ranges by level and location:
- Level 5: 200,000 USD - 322,000 USD
- Level 6: 240,000 USD - 379,500 USD
