Details

NVIDIA's GPU Software team seeks a skilled and experienced technical program manager to help deliver on NVIDIA's product roadmap. The team produces foundational kernel components, drivers, and firmware that support the NVIDIA chipset family. This role partners closely with hardware, release planning, and customers and is empowered to make prioritization decisions and improve planning systems and execution metrics.

Responsibilities

  • Align NVIDIA's chipset and product roadmap with the software team capacity roadmap and help balance global priorities.
  • Coordinate dependencies across functional areas and identify planning gaps to keep the team on track.
  • Make prioritization decisions and represent the team to other groups.
  • Partner closely with hardware, release planning, and customers to provide a complete picture of software needs and delivery.
  • Propose and develop new methods to handle projects and unify planning systems.
  • Define and track metrics to improve execution efficiency.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of program management experience delivering software products.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a similar field, or equivalent experience.
  • Proven track record of balancing short-term delivery for critical timelines with long-term improvements to planning, processes, and team capabilities.
  • Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional coordination experience.

Preferred / Ways to Stand Out

  • Past experience as a software developer.
  • Knowledge of SoC, GPU, or CPU project management.
  • Background in graphics, machine learning, or accelerated computing.
  • Experience with software productivity tools and process automation.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base salary ranges by level (determined by location, experience, and comparable employees):
    • Level 4: 160,000 USD - 253,000 USD
    • Level 5: 192,000 USD - 304,750 USD
  • Eligible for equity and NVIDIA benefits (see NVIDIA benefits pages).
