NVIDIA's GPU Software team seeks a skilled and experienced technical program manager to help deliver on NVIDIA's product roadmap. The software produced by this team includes foundational kernel components, drivers, and firmware that support the entire family of NVIDIA chipsets. This role partners closely with hardware, release planning, and customers and is empowered to make prioritization decisions and propose new planning methods.

Responsibilities

  • Align NVIDIA's chipset and product roadmap with the software team capacity roadmap and help balance global priorities.
  • Coordinate dependencies across functional areas and identify planning gaps to keep the team on track.
  • Make prioritization decisions and represent the team to other groups.
  • Partner with hardware teams, release planning, and customers to provide a complete picture of software delivery.
  • Propose and develop new methods to handle projects and unify planning systems.
  • Define and track metrics to improve execution efficiency.

Requirements

  • 8+ years overall program management experience in delivering software products.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a similar field, or equivalent experience.
  • Proven track record of balancing short-term delivery toward critical timelines alongside long-term improvements to planning, processes, and team capabilities.
  • Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and tracking program metrics.
  • Familiarity with kernel components, device drivers, and firmware is relevant (these are produced by the team).

Ways to stand out

  • Past experience as a software developer.
  • Knowledge of SoC, GPU, or CPU project management.
  • Background in graphics, machine learning, or accelerated computing.
  • Experience with software productivity tools and process automation.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base salary will be determined based on location, experience, and pay of employees in similar positions.
  • The base salary range is 160,000 USD - 253,000 USD for Level 4, and 192,000 USD - 304,750 USD for Level 5.
