NVIDIA's GPU Software team seeks a skilled and experienced technical program manager to help deliver on NVIDIA's inspiring product roadmap. The software produced by this team includes foundational kernel components, drivers, and firmware that support the entire family of NVIDIA chipsets. Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the team and peers across the company to build, represent, and carry out detailed plans representing the team's work.
  • Align NVIDIA's chipset and product roadmap with the software team capacity roadmap and help balance global priorities.
  • Keep the team on track by coordinating dependencies across functional areas and identifying planning gaps.
  • Make prioritization decisions and represent the team to other groups.
  • Partner closely with hardware, release planning, and customers to maintain a complete picture of software delivery at NVIDIA.
  • Propose and develop new methods to handle projects and unify planning systems.
  • Define and track metrics to improve execution efficiency.

Requirements

  • 8+ years overall experience in program management delivering software products.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a similar field, or equivalent experience.
  • Proven track record of balancing short-term delivery toward critical timelines alongside thoughtful long-term improvements to planning, processes, and team capabilities.

Preferred / Ways to stand out

  • Past experience as a software developer.
  • Knowledge of SoC, GPU, or CPU project management.
  • Background in graphics, machine learning, or accelerated computing.
  • Experience with software productivity tools and process automation.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base salary ranges (location, level, and experience dependent):
    • Level 4: 160,000 USD - 253,000 USD
    • Level 5: 192,000 USD - 304,750 USD
  • Eligible for equity and benefits (see NVIDIA benefits page).
