As a Technical Program Manager within the Silicon Solutions team, you will bridge technical and management domains to drive development and execution of critical silicon programs. You will collaborate with development and program managers, engineers, and cross-functional teams across systems, software, operations, and marketing to ensure successful delivery of silicon projects.
Responsibilities
- Program leadership and execution: own planning, development, and management of silicon, boards, and systems for projects from planning through tracking and execution. Manage tasks, dependencies, milestones, and breakthroughs to meet program objectives and schedules.
- Design and scope management: participate in program reviews and manage scope changes to minimize impacts on timelines and outcomes.
- Multi-functional collaboration: align cross-functional teams on project achievements and go-to-market strategies (systems, software, operations, marketing, engineering).
- Risk management: proactively identify risks and dependencies, develop mitigation strategies, and escalate critical issues to leadership.
- Communication: provide regular program status updates, surface challenges, and propose solutions to enable informed decisions.
- Continuous improvement: apply insights and standard processes from completed programs to improve processes and outcomes for future projects; continually optimize workflows and maintain high quality levels.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Applied Science or Engineering required (or equivalent experience); Master's degree is helpful.
- 6+ years of relevant experience, including at least 3 years in a technical program management role working with multi-functional teams.
- Proven experience in SoC bring-up, validation, and productization.
- Detailed understanding of datacenter and/or consumer electronics design, including critical interfaces.
- Ability to navigate system integration complexities at the convergence of silicon, system, and software.
- Experience leading rapid development cycles and adapting to change with flexibility and composure.
- Highly self-motivated, proactive, strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Outstanding communication and organizational skills; ability to articulate complex technical issues and solutions.
- Must be able to work on-site 2 to 3 days per week in Santa Clara, CA.
Benefits and Compensation
- Base salary ranges provided by level:
- Level 4: $160,000 - $253,000 USD
- Level 5: $192,000 - $304,750 USD
- Eligible for equity and company benefits.
