As part of the Silicon Solutions Group (SSG), you will work at the crossroads of design, architecture, marketing and productization — from architecture through defining final products. Within SSG you will be responsible for thermal solution design for silicon testing and helping bring products from design to productization.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage project schedules and associated tasks and dependencies to ensure program goals are met
  • Participate in key design reviews and handle scope changes efficiently
  • Represent the team in multi-functional project alignment and go-to-market meetings
  • Identify project dependencies and risks; escalate to leadership in a timely manner
  • Provide status updates, communicate issues internally, and recommend trade-offs
  • Apply findings and document standard methodologies across programs for continuous process improvement
  • Influence and lead quality and program process initiatives
  • Work closely with development managers, engineers, and partners across system, software, operations, and marketing to lead key programs and process initiatives

Requirements

  • BS in Applied Science or Engineering required; MS preferred (or equivalent experience)
  • 8+ years of technical program management experience in SOC/processor development, bringup and productization
  • Technical knowledge of datacenter and/or consumer electronics design and key interfaces
  • Ability to understand system integration challenges at the intersection of silicon, system, and software
  • Experience handling rapid development cycles and frequent change; remain flexible under uncertainty
  • Self-motivated, proactive, with demonstrated critical thinking capabilities
  • Exceptional communication and organizational skills
  • Must be able to work on-site 2 to 3 days per week in Santa Clara, CA

Compensation and Application

  • Base salary ranges by level (determined by location, experience, and peer pay):
    • Level 4: $160,000 - $253,000 USD
    • Level 5: $192,000 - $304,750 USD
