As part of the Silicon Solutions Group (SSG) you will work at the crossroads of design, architecture, marketing and productization. SSG architects and delivers solutions for markets including Gaming, Datacenters, Servers, Automotive and Embedded. In this role you will be responsible for thermal solution design for silicon testing and will help bring products from design to productization.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage project schedules and associated tasks and dependencies to ensure program milestones are met.
  • Participate in key design reviews and handle scope changes efficiently.
  • Represent the team in broader multi-functional project alignment and go-to-market meetings.
  • Identify project dependencies and risks; escalate to leadership in a timely manner.
  • Provide status updates and communicate issues internally, offering recommendations to help with trade-offs.
  • Apply findings and document standard methodologies from one program to another as part of continuous process improvement.
  • Influence and lead quality and program process initiatives.

Requirements

  • BS in Applied Science or Engineering (Masters preferred) or equivalent experience.
  • 8+ years of technical program management experience in SOC/processor development, bringup and productization.
  • Technical knowledge of datacenter and/or consumer electronics design and key interfaces.
  • Ability to understand system integration challenges at the intersection of silicon, system and software.
  • Experience working in rapid development cycles and handling constant change; remains flexible and calm under uncertainty.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, with demonstrated critical thinking capabilities.
  • Exceptional communication and organizational skills.
  • Must be able to work on-site 2 to 3 days per week in Santa Clara, CA (hybrid expected).

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base salary range:
    • Level 4: 160,000 USD - 253,000 USD per year
    • Level 5: 192,000 USD - 304,750 USD per year
