Details

We are looking for a creative and experienced Program Manager to help bring NVIDIA's autonomous vehicle platform to market. You will participate in a focused effort to productize ground-breaking solutions for self-driving vehicles. You will work with multifunctional engineering teams across vehicle subsystems to integrate their work into the NVIDIA DRIVE software platform while meeting NVIDIA and automotive standards and guidelines.

Responsibilities

  • Direct and drive key initiatives vital to completing several projects within the AV fleet, from org-level optimizations to scaling AV testing.
  • Analyze and diagnose events contributing to platform metrics, identify trends, and resolve priority engineering work to improve platform experience.
  • Drive implementation and recommend improvements across features and across the stack in collaboration with component engineering teams.
  • Scale the iterative development process through automation and leveraging operational teams/resources.
  • Improve processes and procedures within the team and help streamline day-to-day operations.

Requirements

  • BS/MS in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 8+ years of recent Program/Project Management experience driving planning and execution of software engineering projects and releasing commercial products.
  • Experience handling multiple successful releases with short release cadence in a dynamic environment.
  • Proven record of leading and delivering scalable programs and projects, including driving process improvements and scaling AV integration and testing.
  • Ability to evaluate and drive adoption of new and improved process workflows in scalable organizations.

Ways to stand out

  • Previous experience with automotive system integration and/or AV operations.
  • Background in data-driven operations and defining/managing operational metrics; understanding what makes a good/bad metric and how to drive an organization using those metrics.
  • Experience leading global projects across time zones.
  • Experience with early-stage development and building processes and tooling.

Compensation & Other Details

  • Base salary range: 168,000 USD - 258,750 USD (will be determined based on location, experience, and pay of employees in similar positions).
