Details

Join the AI & Automation Supply Chain Business Transformations team in NVIDIA Operations to architect the future of agentic AI at scale. You will implement AI agents to transform employee productivity and accelerate business impact. As the AI Technical Architect in Operations, you will design, evangelize, and implement the architectural foundations. You will guide the vision for codifying decision logics, decision intelligence, AI agent design, build and deployment, orchestration, integration, security, and lifecycle management of AI agents, ensuring the AI agents deliver trusted, scalable, and innovative value. This role focuses on defining AI agents for Supply Chain Operations inside NVIDIA and sits at the intersection of systems architecture, AI innovation, and supply chain transformation.

Responsibilities

  • Define and architect AI agents for Supply Chain use cases, including frameworks for agent orchestration, multi-agent coordination, RAG, deployment, monitoring, and lifecycle management.
  • Be hands on in quick proof-of-concept development to demonstrate technical feasibility and implement enterprise-grade agentic Supply Chain solutions.
  • Partner with Enterprise IT engineering, product, and research teams while evaluating LLMs, agentic frameworks, and NVIDIA NeMo technologies.
  • Ensure integration with enterprise IT and Operations data sources and industry agentic platforms with a strong content security focus.
  • Drive architectural decisions across deployment models (on-prem, cloud, hybrid, containerized) to deliver scalable, reliable, and efficient solutions.
  • Lead design reviews, develop technical documentation, and mentor engineers, data scientists, and solution architects on architecture and code development principles.
  • Champion observability, monitoring, versioning, and telemetry to ensure trustworthy and auditable AI agents.
  • Influence Supply Chain Operations adoption of the platform by partnering with stakeholders across IT and supply chain; serve as a reference adopter and provide feedback to strengthen NVIDIA’s ecosystem.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience); Master’s or PhD preferred.
  • 12+ years of demonstrable experience in software architecture, systems design, or enterprise platform engineering.
  • Deep expertise in architecting large-scale distributed systems with a focus on reliability, performance, and security.
  • Proficiency with AI/ML systems, generative AI, or agentic AI frameworks.
  • Familiarity with large language models (LLMs), RAG pipelines, and orchestration frameworks (e.g., ReAct, LangChain, AutoGPT-like flows).
  • Experience integrating enterprise platforms (ERP, CRM, ITSM) via APIs, data connectors, or custom services.
  • Hands-on development experience building AI agents, frameworks, and tooling, including setting architectural and coding standards.
  • Solid understanding of security, governance, and compliance for AI in enterprise contexts.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and explain complex architectural concepts to both technical and business audiences.

Ways to stand out

  • Hands-on experience with containerized deployments, Kubernetes, and hybrid cloud/on-prem environments.
  • Prototyping skills in Python to build proof-of-concept agent workflows.
  • Experience with NVIDIA AI technologies such as NeMo, NeMo Guardrails, AIQ, or GPU-optimized inference stacks.
  • Track record of publishing technical papers, architecture patterns, or thought leadership in AI systems.
  • Knowledge of observability tools, telemetry dashboards, and evaluation frameworks for AI agent performance.
  • Experience solving real-world problems with AI in the supply chain domain.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base salary range: 160,000 USD - 253,000 USD (determined based on location, experience, and comparable pay).
  • Eligible for equity and company benefits. (See NVIDIA benefits for details.)

Other

  • Applications accepted at least until October 19, 2025.
