We are looking for someone passionate about quality assurance. You’ll collaborate with multi-functional groups. Senior SWQA Test Development Engineers at NVIDIA aren’t only manual testers; you write scripts to automate testing or build tools for the QA team to improve productivity or optimize test plans. You’ll have a huge impact on the quality of NVIDIA's enterprise products by identifying weak spots and crafting better, creative test plans to break software and identify potential issues.

Responsibilities

  • Utilize AI-powered tools to enhance QA efficiency, including automating test case generation, defect detection, and regression testing.
  • Implement AI-driven solutions to optimize test coverage and identify high-risk areas in software systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to adopt AI tools that improve workflow automation and reduce manual effort.
  • Work closely with multi-functional teams to understand test requirements and take ownership of product quality.
  • Develop test plans, design test cases, complete testing via automation and/or manually, and compose test reports.
  • Build and maintain complex test environments.
  • Manage bug lifecycle and collaborate with inter-groups to drive solutions.
  • Assist in the architecture, crafting, and implementation of SWQA test frameworks.
  • Report bugs found during execution; assist with reproduction and debugging to understand root causes; verify bug fixes provided by R&D; raise issues if not fixed.
  • Use AI development tools effectively. Create detailed test cases, automate them, increase code coverage, identify bugs early, and resolve them swiftly.

Requirements

  • BS or higher degree or equivalent experience in CS/EE/CE or equivalent with 5+ years QA experience in the Telecom industry.
  • Experience using AI tools for QA tasks.
  • Familiarity with AI-powered testing frameworks and platforms to improve process efficiency.
  • Strong understanding of QA methodologies and the ability to integrate AI tools into existing workflows.
  • Background with LTE/5G MAC and PHY from systems and low-level 3GPP spec perspective; proficient with Keysight equipment.
  • Proficient Linux experience and shell/python/perl programming skills.
  • Rich experience in test case development, test automation, and failure analysis.
  • Strong QA sense, knowledge, and experience in software testing.
  • Problem-solving skills.
  • Highly motivated, excellent interpersonal skills, good work ethics, and strong teamwork.

  • Background working with NVIDIA GPU and/or DPU hardware is a strong plus.
  • Experience using or managing cloud technologies like Kubernetes, OpenStack, and Docker.

Benefits

  • Base salary range: 136,000 USD - 264,500 USD, determined by location, experience, and employee pay in similar positions.
