Details

NVIDIA has been transforming computer graphics, PC gaming, and accelerated computing for more than 30 years. It’s a unique legacy of innovation fueled by great technology and amazing people. Today, NVIDIA is tapping into the unlimited potential of AI to define the next era of computing where GPUs act as the brains of computers, robots, and self-driving cars that can understand the world.

We need a creative individual who understands ASIC and SoC test methodology, DFT techniques, NPI and ATE test program development and release. The individual will convert the test methodology into an ATE test method library. An efficient and user-friendly TML will improve yield, reduce test time, and speed up the NPI bring-up process. The individual will collaborate with DFT, test engineering, and product development teams to bring up GPU/Tegra products and ATE test programs for mass production. Responsibilities also include working with overseas manufacturing teams to increase yields, test coverage and capacity, and reduce production costs.

Responsibilities

  • Define, develop, implement, and support ATE test program solutions for the next generation of GPUs and AI server products.
  • Develop and debug ATE test method code.
  • Develop and debug scripting and automation tools.
  • Actively participate in cross-functional teams including Product Development Engineering, DFT, and IC design to debug product failures and implement optimal solutions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering/Computer Engineering or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of relevant semiconductor industry experience.
  • Knowledge of silicon verification, testing, and manufacturing.
  • Essential knowledge of Advantest 93K ATE platform.
  • Experience with Linux and programming languages such as C/C++, Java, Perl, and/or Python.
  • Good communication skills and capability to work well in diverse, cross-functional, and multinational teams.
  • Experience with SRAM testing and familiarity with 2.5D or MCM assembly.
  • Understanding of DFT insertion techniques including SCAN, ATPG, MBIST, and IOBIST.
  • Knowledge of system level testing/validation is a plus.

Benefits

  • Eligibility for equity and benefits
