Details

We are looking for a skilled ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD) Developer to architect, design, develop, test, and deploy solutions within the ServiceNow HRSD platform. You will collaborate with global HR stakeholders, IT teams, and external partners to ensure the platform meets evolving business needs, follows standard methodologies, and improves the employee experience. You will also contribute to platform optimization and strategic roadmap development.

Responsibilities

  • Architect, design, develop, and configure scalable solutions within ServiceNow HRSD, including Case & Knowledge Management, Employee Service Center, Onboarding, Offboarding, and Lifecycle Events.
  • Collaborate with global HR and IT stakeholders to analyze business needs and define technical solutions aligned with long-term strategy.
  • Work with IT partners on issues or improvements impacting the broader ServiceNow platform, ensuring alignment with governance, security, and system architecture.
  • Improve workflows using Flow Designer, Business Rules, and ServiceNow APIs to ensure scalability and alignment with business requirements.
  • Conduct detailed unit testing to validate solution quality and functionality.
  • Coordinate system and user acceptance testing (UAT) with collaborators and end users to support smooth deployments.
  • Research and resolve HRSD-specific issues and collaborate with IT partners on platform-wide concerns.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation for configurations, solutions, and deployments.
  • Stay current with ServiceNow HRSD enhancements and identify opportunities for continuous improvement and innovation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • At least 3 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development and administration with a significant focus on HR Service Delivery (HRSD).
  • ServiceNow HRSD certification (required).
  • Proven expertise in HRSD, including architecting HRSD solutions, HR profile management, integrations, and process automation.
  • Practical experience working in a multi-instance development stream (Dev/Test/Stage/Prod).
  • Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, XML, and JSON for ServiceNow scripting.
  • Experience with HR integrations, particularly user and HR profile management.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of HR processes, workflows, and standard methodologies.
  • Experience collaborating with stakeholders across multiple time zones.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills; ability to work independently and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base salary ranges (location, experience, and comparable pay considered):
    • Level 3: 124,000 USD - 195,500 USD per year
    • Level 4: 140,000 USD - 224,250 USD per year
  • Eligible for equity and benefits.
