The AI Tools team accelerates AI and agentic workflows adoption for engineers by delivering tools and primitives that automate work, unlocking productivity gains across the engineering lifecycle. Responsibilities

  • Build infrastructure and tools enabling AI-driven developer workflows.
  • Create and deploy autonomous AI agents integrating with dev tools like GitHub, Slack, Linear, and Figma.
  • Collaborate across engineering, product, and design to deliver AI products that multiply productivity.
  • Rapid prototyping, iteration, and optimization for performance, scalability, and user experience.
  • Package and deliver AI solutions via SDKs, APIs, and user-friendly interfaces.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in Python, Go, or TypeScript/Node.
  • Experience with orchestrating AI agents and workflow automation.
  • Familiarity with observability tools for AI/ML systems.
  • Practical experience with Terraform, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Ability to prototype quickly and ship robust production code.

Nice to Haves

  • Experience shipping agentic workflows or building LLM-powered systems (e.g., Claude Code, LangChain).
  • Contributions to open-source AI or agent frameworks.
  • Integration of AI technologies into popular developer and collaboration tools.
  • Startup or zero-to-one product experience.
  • Deep knowledge of reasoning, planning, and memory architectures in autonomous agents.

The target annual salary range: $152,405 to $179,300 USD, plus bonus, equity, and benefits.
