Responsibilities

• Articulate a long-term vision for maintaining and scaling backend systems.
• Collaborate with engineers, designers, product managers, and senior leadership to convert the product and technical vision into a quarterly roadmap.
• Write high-quality, well-tested code to meet customer needs.

Requirements

• At least 2+ years of experience in software engineering.
• Experience designing, building, scaling, and maintaining production services and composing service-oriented architectures.
• Passion for building an open financial system that connects the world.

Nice to Haves

• Experience growing rapidly from startup to mid-size company.
• Experience with blockchains such as Bitcoin and Ethereum.
• Background building financial, high-reliability, or security systems.
• Crypto-forward experience including onchain activity, Ethereum addresses, ENS, and dApps.
