Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain the flagship Windows desktop application that interacts with the Windows File System.
  • Work across the full application stack to deliver best-in-class performance, security, and user experience.
  • Collaborate closely with developers, designers, QA engineers, and a Product Owner within a skilled and supportive team.
  • Use Microsoft technologies and tools to extend, optimize, and improve application functionality.
  • Actively participate in planning, design discussions, code reviews, and problem-solving sessions.
  • Explore and integrate technologies beyond .NET when needed to deliver the best solutions.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in software development as a .NET (C#) developer.
  • Solid understanding of WPF and experience creating Windows desktop applications.
  • Ability to work with Windows native APIs, with focus on performance, memory management and stability.
  • Good understanding of event streams, real-time data handling, and using reactive extensions to process data.
  • Solid foundation in OOP and design patterns — able to design architecture that is clean, scalable, and maintainable.
  • Experience with unit testing, dependency injection, and robust CI/CD practices.
  • Strong problem-solving skills — able to quickly understand complex codebases, work with native APIs, and deliver solutions.

Salary

  • Gross salary: 20,200 - 33,400 PLN per month (242,400 - 400,800 PLN per year).
