NVIDIA is building the next era of computing by applying AI across products and infrastructure. This role will lead the Enterprise Platform team in Santa Clara, CA, which is central to the NVIDIA AI Factory initiative. The team builds and maintains a Kubernetes-based platform that standardizes and automates how enterprise and AI applications are built, deployed, and managed across cloud and on-premise environments.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of software infrastructure engineers, guiding professional growth and project execution.
  • Drive strategic vision and roadmap for a standardized, Kubernetes-based enterprise platform across cloud and on-premise environments.
  • Coordinate development of a platform that ensures consistency, quality, and security for application and AI workload deployments.
  • Define and enforce standards for infrastructure and application deployment, eliminating manual, ad-hoc processes.
  • Collaborate with security teams to ensure robust platform design and implementation, focusing on authentication, authorization, and data protection.
  • Integrate the platform with CI/CD pipelines to enable seamless and efficient application delivery.
  • Build foundational infrastructure supporting the full lifecycle of enterprise and AI applications for the NVIDIA AI Factory initiative.

Requirements

  • BS, MS, or PhD in Computer Science, Electrical/Computer Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, other Engineering or related fields, or equivalent experience.
  • 8+ years overall software engineering experience with a focus on distributed systems, cloud infrastructure, or large-scale platform development.
  • 3+ years of experience leading and managing a high-performing engineering team.
  • Proven expertise with container orchestration technologies such as Kubernetes and experience with multi-cloud or hybrid-cloud environments.
  • Strong understanding of GitOps principles and experience building Git-based configuration management systems.
  • Familiarity with security standard methodologies for cloud-native applications and microservices architecture.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills; ability to operate in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base salary range: 200,000 USD - 322,000 USD (determined based on location, experience, and pay of employees in similar positions).
  • Eligible for equity and company benefits.
