Join a team of experienced program managers who drive the successful introduction of NVIDIA's next generation GPU-based products. You will work closely with internal leaders in Software, Hardware, Marketing and Operations to ensure the software team delivers outstanding products while coordinating across multiple functional units and levels of management to achieve Time-To-Market. Your knowledge of driver and firmware development processes and priorities will enable you to make course adjustments quickly to keep complex projects on track.
Responsibilities
- Negotiate system, board and chip needs on behalf of the software development and QA teams.
- Drive hardware allocation, budgeting, and priority decisions.
- Represent the Software Organization at go-to-market meetings for the GPU segment.
- Build and present clear overviews of project plans to stakeholders.
- Learn the software stack to understand software team requirements and enable effective planning and cross-functional coordination.
- Lead issue correction processes, perform mid-program and post-mortem analyses, and identify process improvements to increase NPI and software productivity.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience with the software development lifecycle, specifically for device drivers and applications.
- Experience with chip bring-up.
- Thorough knowledge of software engineering and lifecycle principles.
- Detail-oriented and comfortable multitasking in dynamic environments with shifting priorities and changing requirements.
- Excellent communication and technical presentation skills.
- Motivated, adaptable, and focused on process improvement.
- Experience with productivity tools and process automation is a plus.
- Experience with data analysis using Excel or Tableau is a plus.
- Knowledge of operating systems, graphics principles and standards is a plus.
- Approximately 5 years in a similar or related role.
- BS in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering or Computer Science (or equivalent experience).
- Project management certification or training is a plus.
Compensation & Other Details
- Base salary ranges provided by level:
- Level 3: 132,000 USD - 207,000 USD
- Level 4: 160,000 USD - 253,000 USD
- You will also be eligible for equity and benefits.
