The Solutions Architecture (SA) team ensures the safe and effective deployment of Generative AI applications for developers and enterprises. As the leader of Solutions Architects in the Digital Native segment, you will help technology and software companies transform their businesses using solutions such as customer service automation, automated content generation, and novel applications built on the latest models. This role is based in the New York City office and uses a hybrid work model (3 days in office per week). Relocation assistance is offered to new employees.
Responsibilities
- Own the strategy and operating model of the Digital Native SA team, ensuring alignment with company objectives and customer needs.
- Lead, build, and mentor a team of Solutions Architects to deliver production customer applications and increase API adoption.
- Manage the entire implementation journey and ensure seamless platform integration for strategic technology and software customers in the Americas.
- Serve as the technical advocate for customers and synthesize their needs to inform Research and Applied Product/Engineering roadmaps.
- Act as the primary technical escalation point during development and maintain direct communication with executive-level stakeholders.
- Serve as an industry thought leader, championing the safe and innovative application of OpenAI technology across sectors.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in a technical customer-facing role, managing C-level technical and business relationships with complex global organizations.
- 2+ years of experience leading technical post-sales teams, with demonstrated ability to hire, develop, and manage technical teams.
- Experience leading complex implementations of Generative AI and/or traditional ML solutions.
- Knowledge of network and cloud architecture.
- Industry experience with programming languages such as Python or JavaScript.
- Effective and polished communicator able to translate business and technical topics to diverse audiences and mentor others.
- Strong customer advocacy, ability to align technical teams, and experience driving applications to production.
