Drive the future of AI by building agentic AI applications at scale as part of the NVIDIA AI Enterprise (NVAIE) SA Segment Team. The team focuses on the newest advances in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Generative AI to guide and enable the adoption of NVIDIA AI Enterprise Software in production.
Responsibilities
- Deliver innovative and optimized agentic AI solutions using techniques such as Test Time Compute, Reinforcement Learning, inference optimization, and model fine-tuning.
- Engineer solutions that integrate enterprise data sources (text, code, images) into agentic applications.
- Work with agentic frameworks to develop applications that retrieve and generate insights from enterprise data, including deep research assistants, multi-modal dialogue systems, and task-specific agents for enterprise workflows.
- Collaborate closely with engineering teams, provide strong technical judgment, and stay current with AI advancements.
- Provide direct feedback from implementations to improve NVIDIA software products, educate vertical teams, and build communities around NVIDIA AI software.
Requirements
- BS, MS, or Ph.D. in Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, Computer Science, Data Science, or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of experience with Deep Learning and Machine Learning and an established track record in these fields.
- Strong software engineering and debugging skills; experience with Python and C/C++ and working in Linux environments.
- Experience with GPUs and deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
- Proficiency in rapid prototyping using Python and strong foundational knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and software engineering principles.
- Experience building advanced multi-agent systems using libraries like LangGraph, LlamaIndex, CrewAI (experience with these or similar agentic frameworks).
- Ability to multitask in a dynamic environment and communicate effectively with executives and engineering teams.
Ways to stand out
- Expertise building evaluation harnesses, success metrics, automated testing pipelines, and guardrail frameworks to ensure safety and reliability of agentic workflows.
- Skilled in fine-tuning and optimizing reasoning-focused LLMs/SLMs, including prompt engineering, quantization, and benchmarking.
- Experience developing production-grade deployment patterns using Kubernetes/OpenShift, CI/CD automation, and secure cloud-native infrastructure.
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary ranges (location and level dependent):
- Level 3: 148,000 USD - 235,750 USD
- Level 4: 184,000 USD - 287,500 USD
- Eligibility for equity and NVIDIA benefits.
