Details

NVIDIA is looking for an experienced Solutions Architect to bridge the gap between design and deployment of large-scale AI and HPC GPU infrastructure. The role supports customers and NVIDIA Cloud Partners to bring GenAI, AI, ML and other GPU-accelerated hardware and software technologies into production. You will drive end-to-end solution integration, provide technical recommendations to business and engineering teams, and support customers through the full lifecycle of large GPU cloud infrastructure projects.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with NVIDIA Cloud Partners to create, implement, and operate NVIDIA hardware and software solutions.
  • Partner with Sales Account Managers and business leads to identify and secure business opportunities for NVIDIA products and solutions.
  • Act as primary technical support for customers during development, construction and production of large GPU cloud infrastructure across the whole customer lifecycle.
  • Conduct regular technical customer meetings for project/product details, feature discussions, introductions to new technologies, and debugging sessions.
  • Work with customers to build proofs-of-concept (PoCs) that address critical business needs by designing networking and compute infrastructure.
  • Prepare and deliver technical content to customers including presentations, workshops, and technical briefings.
  • Analyze and develop joint solutions addressing customer performance and scaling issues.

Requirements

  • BS/MS/PhD in Electrical/Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, or other engineering fields, or equivalent experience.
  • 7+ years of solution engineering, sales engineering, cloud engineering, or similar experience working directly with partners and customers.
  • Demonstrated experience crafting and deploying large-scale cluster environments.
  • Practical expertise in data center design, development, and execution for AI and HPC workloads.
  • Ability to own and drive technical engagements with customers through the full customer lifecycle.
  • Strong time management and ability to balance multiple tasks; clear communication skills through documents and presentations.

Ways to stand out

  • Practical familiarity with NVIDIA hardware (GPUs, Ethernet/InfiniBand networking components, storage) within large AI and HPC cluster settings.
  • Practical knowledge of NVIDIA systems technology such as NCCL, DCGM, UFM, Mission Control, and Base Command Manager.
  • Background with at-scale GPU systems, including performance testing and AI benchmarking.
  • Practical involvement in cluster administration and orchestration (SLURM, Kubernetes).

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base salary ranges by level:
    • Level 4: 184,000 USD - 287,500 USD
    • Level 5: 224,000 USD - 356,500 USD
  • Eligible for equity and benefits (see NVIDIA benefits page).
